How to start a return

Email us at handpickedwatch@gmail.com with your order number and we will reply with simple return instructions. Return shipping is on us — we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is on its way back to us, we will process your full refund to your original payment method, and email you a confirmation when it is done.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
